1. Digital Delivery Scope
All products purchased from GIE are digital assets, such as virtual accounts, login credentials, or digital files. There is no physical shipping involved; all items are delivered electronically to the contact information (email address or messaging handle) provided by you during the purchase process.
2. The Manual Payment & Verification Process
Because we utilize manual payment methods—including bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, Binance, and Payoneer—fulfillment is a two-step process:
Step 1: Payment Initiation: After you place your order, you must complete the payment using your preferred method.
Step 2: Verification: Once payment is made, you must provide proof of payment (such as a Transaction ID or a clear screenshot of the transaction). Our team will manually verify the funds in our accounts.
Confirmation: Your order is only considered "Confirmed" once our team has successfully verified the receipt of your payment.
3. Fulfillment Timeline
We strive to deliver your digital assets as quickly as possible. Please note our typical timeframes:
Standard Fulfillment: Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 6 hours of successful payment verification.
Maximum Processing Time: During periods of high demand or outside of standard business hours, fulfillment may take up to 24 hours.
Communication: We will notify you once your payment has been verified and again when your digital asset has been successfully delivered.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Contact Info: It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address, WhatsApp number, or Telegram handle provided at checkout is correct. GIE is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
Securing Assets: Upon receiving your digital credentials, you are responsible for immediately updating security settings, including passwords and recovery methods. GIE is not responsible for any security incidents that occur after the successful delivery of your assets.
5. Failed Delivery & Support
If you have not received your digital assets within 24 hours of your payment verification, please take the following steps:
Ensure your payment was sent to the correct account details provided on our website.
Check your spam or junk folder (if delivery is via email).
Contact our support team immediately at Contact Us page or via our official support channel. Please include your Transaction ID or order reference to help us locate your payment quickly.
6. Policy Updates
GIE reserves the right to modify this Delivery & Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
