• Local (Bangladesh): bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer.

Please ensure that you only send funds to the official account details provided on our Payment methods. GIE will never request payment to any accounts not explicitly listed on our website.

2. The Payment Verification Process

Because we verify payments manually, your order is not instantaneous.

• Submission: After selecting your product, you must complete the payment transfer using your chosen method.

• Proof of Payment: You are required to submit proof of the transaction (e.g., a clear screenshot showing the Transaction ID/TrxID, or a transaction receipt) via our contact form or our official support channel.

• Verification Time: Our team manually reviews all incoming transactions. Your order status will remain "Pending" until the funds are successfully cleared and verified in our accounts.

3. Transaction Accuracy

• Correct Amounts: Please ensure that the exact amount required for your order is sent. Any discrepancies in payment amounts may delay the processing of your order while we resolve the difference.

• Payment References: When making a bank transfer or mobile financial service payment, please include your Order Number or your Name in the payment reference/note field, if applicable.

• User Errors: GIE is not responsible for losses caused by customers sending funds to incorrect account numbers or using unsupported payment methods.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on GIE are finalized at the time of order placement. For international transactions, please ensure you account for any exchange rate differences or transaction fees charged by your provider (e.g., Binance network fees), as the final amount received by ReadyKeys must match the order total.

5. Fraud Prevention

We take payment security seriously.

• We reserve the right to request additional verification if a payment appears suspicious.

• Any attempts to provide falsified transaction screenshots or forged payment receipts will result in the immediate cancellation of the order, a permanent ban from our services, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

GIE reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time to reflect changes in our accepted methods or internal procedures. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately.
