Direct Install: Attempt to install the downloaded APK directly. Since it acts as an update, it should work seamlessly over your existing installation.
Troubleshooting "Can't Install": If you receive a "Can't install the app" error, follow these steps to bypass it:
Navigate to your device's file manager and locate your OBB and Data folders for GTA Vice City.
Temporarily rename these folders (e.g., add a "1" to the end of the folder names).
Uninstall your current version of the game.
Install the new mod APK.
Go back and rename your OBB and Data folders back to their original names.
Launch: Once complete, launch the game and enjoy!
